We had to go to Bunnings on the weekend for a few odds and ends. I like our Bunnings. It has a big fenced play area and they usually have a staff member painting faces or doing something crafty. Never had that much fun at the hardware shop when I was kid!!

Trampoline

After five years and five kids and a flying spring the time came to purchase a new trampoline. Jamie does trampolining as a sport and has grown quite a bit this last year so he really needed something bigger. He's happy.

Difficult model

I took her outside so I could take some pictures of this skirt that I made today.
I was aiming for a pic in the autumn leaves... she thought the trampoline would be better.

Sew busy!

I've been busy sewing this week.

I've had this material sitting in my box of tricks for well over a year now so made tops for Ethan and Jacob.




A jacket for Emma out of some fleecy and chord.

Plus a few more things cut out and ready to sew.

just for five minutes. She just doesn't have time to stop lately, such a bundle of energy. I look at her and realise she is growing so fast. Such a little girl now with a mind of her own.. reminds me so much of me.. which is a little scary ;) !

The kids and grandma have been having some fun in the kitchen. grandma has much more patience than I do! Although she did voice her concerns that if she turned her back for a few seconds there would be no mixture left.. lol!
